Black Girl Ventures

Since 2016, Black Girl Ventures has provided Black/Brown woman-identifying founders with access to community, capital, and capacity building in order to meet business milestones that lead to economic advancement through entrepreneurship. BGV funds and scales tech-enabled revenue generating businesses and ignites civic engagement and hyperlocal infrastructure at the intersection of business support services, supplier diversity, and social and financial capital.


 


Chicago Urban League

Since 1916, the Chicago Urban League has helped people find jobs, secure affordable housing, enhance their educational experiences, and grow their businesses. One of the oldest and largest affiliates of the National Urban League, the organization promotes strong, sustainable communities through advocacy, innovation, and collaborative community, corporate and civic relationships.


  


Code2040

Code2040 is a nonprofit activating, connecting, and mobilizing the largest racial equity community in tech to dismantle the structural barriers that prevent the full participation and leadership of Black and Latinx technologists in the innovation economy.

Through events, trainings, early-career programs, and knowledge sharing, Code2040 equips Black and Latinx technologists and their allies with the tools, connections, and care they need to advocate for and achieve racial equity in the tech industry.
