Xero (Accounting)
Xero charges a monthly subscription for using their software. Rather than paying multiple invoices for Xero and your accounting services, this allows you to consolidate everything into one monthly fee so you have just one payment coming out of your account each month. Additional in-app support is available as a supplement to this service if desired.
Gusto (Payroll)
Our firm has partnered with Gusto to provide payroll services. They’ve made it their mission to create payroll tools you’ll actually love to use–and your employees will love them as well. Their monthly fee passed through to you allows you access to run an unlimited number of payrolls during that month, federal and state tax filings, W2 preparation, and an employee portal for onboarding and paystub access.
Hubdoc (Receipts & Expenses)
Hubdoc allows for the seamless integration of document storage and accounting records: providing access to both accountants and business owners, and reducing the amount of administrative back-and-forth required in the accountant-client relationship. Which we love because we get to spend more time with you focused on the things that really matter.
FUTRLI (Dashboards and/or Forecasting)
Box.com (Client Files)
We use Box.com to store all your sensitive documents. Since Box has some of the highest-level security (HIPAA-grade in fact) we feel confident that your most sensitive documents are safe there. We’ll usually exchange files via links rather than attachments to reduce risk as well. And Box is very accessible from any computer, browser, mobile device, or tablet
Stripe (Payments)
We’ll get you set up to use Stripe at no monthly minimum fee–all it will cost you is their stated credit card processing fees. Best of all, it’s integrated directly with Xero so there’s no data entry or reconciliation needed!
GoCardless (Payments)
We’ll get you set up to use GoCardless at no monthly minimum fee–all it will cost you is their stated ACH processing fees. Best of all, it’s integrated directly with Xero so there’s no data entry or reconciliation needed!
PayPal (Payments)
We’ll get you set up to use PayPal at no monthly minimum fee–all it will cost you is their stated credit card processing fees. Best of all, it’s integrated directly with Xero so there’s no data entry or reconciliation needed!
